Repair in Toronto Inc. is a growing residential appliance repair company serving Toronto, North York, and Etobicoke. We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused Appliance Repair Technician to work with us as an independent contractor.

We are open to considering both experienced technicians and motivated candidates.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair residential washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, stoves, and other major household appliances Travel to customers’ homes Clearly explain appliance issues and recommended repairs to customers Provide accurate estimates and professionally complete approved repairs Deliver polite, reliable, and professional customer service Follow all applicable safety procedures

Requirements




- Appliance repair experience is preferred A reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s licence Basic appliance repair tools A smartphone with reliable internet access Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage your schedule responsibly Legal authorization to work in Canada

Compensation and Working Arrangement
- Independent contractor position Commission-based compensation based on completed jobs Estimated earnings equivalent to approximately $30–$50 per hour, depending on experience, efficiency, and the number of completed jobs Versatile schedule Customer appointments and dispatch support provided by the company The contractor is responsible for vehicle expenses, tools, insurance, and applicable taxes

Experience repairing gas appliances or sealed refrigeration systems is an asset but is not required. Please submit your résumé and briefly describe your experience in appliance repair, electrical or mechanical work, or field service.

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
