Oversee
Workers' Compensation and ensure compliance while preparing comprehensive financial reports and analyses. As a temporary Financial Analyst, you will be essential in managing financial processes, including Workers' Compensation and payroll-related reconciliations. This role involves supporting month-end closes and preparing vital financial reports to guide informed decision-making across the company.
Your accuracy will play a key role in regulatory compliance and overall financial health. Key Responsibilities:
- Directly manage the Workers' Compensation program across Canada
- Conduct payroll reconciliations and administer benefit payments
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end financial reporting
- Assist with the preparation of variances and legal entity statements
- Execute ad hoc assignments as requested by management Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance or accounting
- 3-5 years experience in payroll and accounting
- Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with accounting programs
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities
