Auxo is hiring a Senior AI/ML Engineer for a fast-growing startup building AI-powered products for the financial industry.

The company combines data aggregation with advanced AI to help financial advisors deliver smarter, more personalized insights to their clients.

You’ll take a lead role in scaling generative AI systems, optimizing infrastructure, and mentoring a growing team of engineers.

What You’ll Do

- Architect and lead the design, development, and deployment of AI systems using LLMs, RAG, and agentic capabilities
- Build and maintain production‑grade pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and model integration
- Develop microservices and APIs supporting LLM‑based features such as chatbots and smart automation
- Evaluate and optimize model performance and cost using Gemini, Claude, and GPT
- Collaborate with data and backend teams to align AI development with product goals
- Drive innovation through benchmarking, experimentation, and best practices




- Mentor junior and intermediate engineers to strengthen the team’s technical depth

Who You Are

- 6+ years designing and deploying AI/ML systems in production
- Strong hands‑on experience with Python and frameworks like FastAPI
- Proven experience with LLMs, RAG, and context‑retrieval systems
- Experience integrating with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini APIs
- Skilled with cloud AI services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Docker/Terraform/CI‑CD
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and microservice architectures
- Outstanding communicator who thrives in small, fast‑moving teams
- Fintech experience is a plus

Nice to Have

- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom agent frameworks
- Hands‑on experience benchmarking or fine‑tuning LLMs
- Familiarity with multi‑model orchestration or hybrid AI environments
