Due to our continued growth and success, we are currently recruiting an Electrical Panel Assembler to join our team at our office located in Port Coquitlam. enCompass Solutions Group services customers in a variety of markets, including Ports and Terminals, Industrial (Metals, Paper, Chemical, Mining), General Industry (Automotive, Manufacturing), Utility (Power Plants, Water and Wastewater), Marine, Oil and Gas, Mining, and others.

The duties of the Electrical Panel Assembler include but are not limited to: Assemble Industrial Control Panels (ICP's) to provided drawing sets Review BOM's to ensure all devices and materials are available prior to assembly Mount electrical components i.e. terminal blocks, control relays,



circuit breakers, VFD's, PLC's, HMI's, power supplies, etc. and correctly terminate to provided drawing sets Interpret and act upon electrical schematics and layouts and red line if necessary Assist in the test setup and certification of ICP's Work with the Team to improve panel assembly process and techniques Work safely and efficiently with various hand and power tools such as screw drivers, drills, jig saw, ferrule crimpers, forklift, etc. Experienced with electrical schematics and layouts; 2 years of industrial control panel assembling or similar experience ~ Highly detail oriented, organized, valuable MS Office skills ~ Medical, dental, wellness credit and other benefits Company sponsored training and development Company sponsored events and team building activities #
