The Assistant General

Manager plays a key role in providing an exceptional employee and member experience. You are responsible for training, coaching and ongoing development of a team of sales associates. Onboarding and ongoing development of a team of employees responsible for assisting new and current members toward achieving their health and fitness goals Educating your team on sales, relationship building to drive new memberships and contribute to the financial health of the company Support the General Manager in day-to-day oversight and management of the Club Previous sales experience is an asset Proven success in leading, training and motivating diverse teams Passion for helping others, and a commitment to personal health and fitness Creative, independent and able to think outside of the box Committed to contributing to a culture that celebrates diversity, equity & inclusion and values giving back to communities Ability to consistently live our Core Values of Caring, Happiness, Integrity, Peak Attitude, Passion, Personal Fitness and Trust Ongoing training and development to ensure a long and successful career path Career advancement opportunities Competitive Total Rewards Package FREE Fitness membership Fun and energetic atmosphere to come to every day!

This position is eligible for bonuses and commissions in addition to the base salary.



The annual range of expected compensation for the position is $47,000 - $70,000 determined by performance, time in the position and variable compensation earned. This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
