Analyze and redesign customer supply chains based on volume shifts and seasonal demand Optimize routing, equipment utilization, and cost control Build, implement, and continuously improve logistics solutions Develop and manage full-cycle customer pricing scenarios Support contract management, customer expansion, and ongoing relationships Manage freight claims with carriers and customers Create and monitor KPIs, standardized reporting,
