Key Responsibilities
- Aid in mast stepping and rigging maintenance • Help relocate and launch Member vessels • Support dock system setups and upkeep • Contribute to a clean and safe marine yard • Communicate effectively with Members and staff Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent • At least 2 years of marine experience OR mechanical skills • Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC) mandatory • Must be fit enough to lift 50+ lbs • Team player focused on safety and detail Engage your boat handling skills and be part of RCYC’s Marine Services!
