As an Assistant Store Manager in Training, you'll complete a comprehensive training program that prepares you to support store operations, lead teams, and deliver an exceptional customer experience as part of a high-performing leadership team. Understand and contribute to achieving key business metrics, including profit and loss, customer satisfaction, execution standards, audit compliance, labour management, and productivity.

Anticipate the needs of our customers and put them first in all that you do Lead, coach, and develop a team of colleagues, building their skills in customer service, product knowledge, merchandising, and operational excellence. Build long-term relationships with the community Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer service. Partner with the store leadership team to drive people strategies that align with business objectives, company culture, and values.
