What You’ll Do





- Conduct thorough dental examinations and diagnoses to assess oral health and develop personalized treatment plans that prioritize patient comfort and long-term results.
- Deliver comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, including children, with a gentle, reassuring, and inclusive approach.
- Administer local anesthesia safely and effectively to manage patient pain and anxiety during procedures such as restorations, extractions, endodontic treatments, and other clinical services.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care strategies tailored to their specific needs.
- Collaborate closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and front desk team members to deliver seamless, efficient, and high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed patient records using our dental software system.
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking patients and families, helping create a comfortable and welcoming patient experience.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

- Fluency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with our patient population.
- At least 2 years of experience in general dentistry, including hands-on experience with root canal therapy and extractions, is required.
- A valid license to practice dentistry in the Province of BC and be in good standing with the relevant regulatory body.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to put patients at ease and build strong relationships.
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail, with the ability to balance thorough care with efficient delivery.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while keeping patient care at the heart of everything you do.
- A team-first mindset and a genuine interest in contributing to a team-oriented and caring workplace culture.
- Cantonese language skills are considered an asset.
