SPS Law Group LLP is a Regina-based firm practising immigration, real estate, family and criminal law. We are hiring an associate lawyer to join our immigration practice.
Draft submissions, respond to procedural fairness letters and prepare refusal reconsideration requests.
Assist on Federal Court judicial review applications, including record review and drafting of affidavits and memorandums
Meet clients in person and by video, and conduct initial consultations
Work with our support staff to keep files moving and clients informed
What we are looking for
a) Member in valuable standing of the Law Society of Saskatchewan, or eligible for admission within 60 days;
b) Around one year of post-call experience;
c) Immigration experience is an asset but not required. We will train the right candidate
Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
