The Associate Land Development

Manager is responsible for managing certain components of development projects from beginning to end, while utilizing Mattamy resources effectively and managing projects through internal and external consulting teams and contractors.

Manager will achieve The Best Homeowner Experience in all activities undertaken. Responsible for various aspects of projects under the leadership and guidance of either a Land Development Manager or Sr.

Land Development Manager

Project scheduling, budgeting, cash flows and other financial reporting Support management with municipal planning, engineering and landscape approvals: zoning, site plans, subdivision registration, etc. Support research and insights into industry and market presence Degree or diploma in Engineering (Civil Engineering), Planning, or Real Estate/Business Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in residential land development, consulting or engineering firm focused on land development projects Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel,



PowerPoint, & Outlook Forward planning and thinking: scheduling; coordinating consultants, contractors, municipalities and internal resources Financial Management: always managing by the numbers and understanding the projects financial position Relationship skills: consistently balancing the interests of all stakeholders (municipal, political, partners, suppliers, Builder, etc.; proactively helping others; mentoring, teaching, training and learning Bonus points Bilingual.
