ResponsibilitiesTerritory Ownership & Sales ExecutionOwn and execute the sales strategy for an assigned MFDA sub-region with full accountability for growth and retentionDeliver against net sales and AUM growth targetsIdentify and convert new business opportunitiesDevelop and execute a territory business plan aligned with regional strategyClient Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for assigned advisors and dealer branchesBuild relationships through proactive outreachUnderstand advisor needs and connect them to appropriate BMO GAM resourcesProspecting & Business DevelopmentLead outbound prospecting to grow wallet share and activate new advisorsBuild and manage a robust sales pipelinePartner with wholesalers to align prospecting effortsCollaboration & Team IntegrationPartner with wholesalers to ensure coordinated coverageCollaborate with specialist teams to deliver holistic solutionsShare market intelligence and advisor insightsClient Education & EngagementDeliver product education and value positioningLead advisor meetings, presentations,

BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
