We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Athletic Therapist/Equipment Manager to join our team! In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for providing expert athletic therapy services, managing sports equipment, and ensuring optimal athlete care. Your energetic approach will help foster a protected, productive, and supportive environment for Jr A Hockey players.

Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive athletic therapy services, including injury assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and prevention strategies.
- Maintain detailed case management records, ensuring accurate documentation of patient care and treatment plans.
- Manage and organize sports equipment inventory, ensuring all gear is in excellent condition and readily accessible.
- Collaborate with coaching staff and medical teams to develop tailored injury prevention programs.
- Support organizational needs by managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Engage in ongoing analysis skills development to improve injury management protocols and equipment handling processes.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across diverse populations; bilingual or multilingual skills (including French) are advantageous.
- Mechanical knowledge related to sports equipment maintenance or repair is desirable.
- Experience working with athletes of various ages, including pediatrics, is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication purposes.
