Role Responsibilities

- Evaluate audio recordings for quality, accuracy, and nuance
- Review AI-generated outputs for technical accuracy and response quality
- Read, validate, and identify issues within JSON-formatted task data
- Maintain high consistency across large task volumes
- Flag unclear outputs and guideline inconsistencies when needed
- Support quality standards across AI training workflows

Requirements

- Native US-English or Canadian-English accent with clear pronunciation
- Strong JSON fluency (reading, validating, troubleshooting,



identifying formatting or structural issues)
- Comfortable with coding concepts and technical content
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to follow structured written guidelines
- Quiet recording setup with minimal background noise
- Reliable internet connection and computer access

Nice to Have

- Experience in software engineering, QA, technical writing, annotation, transcription, or AI evaluation
- Experience working with structured datasets or review workflows
- Prior voice or audio work experience (not required)
