- Ensure production and repair quality standards
- Assist in training Mechanic Apprentices
- Lead troubleshooting and system improvements
- Safely operate forklifts and cranes
- Promote environmental responsibility in operations Requirements:
- Completed Grade 12 or GED
- Licensed as a Millwright (2 years experience)
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and Karmax Software
