We are looking for Automotive Apprentice Service Technicians to join our reconditioning facility team! In this role, you will help ensure vehicles are inspected and repaired according to Clutch’s standards.

You will coordinate with the reconditioning team, track repair progress, and assist in keeping our workflow efficient and organized. Review repair and maintenance needs for vehicles in our reconditioning facility. Coordinate minor repairs and preventative maintenance tasks with the mechanic team.

Support high‑volume workflow in a fast‑paced environment. Maintain organized records of repair and maintenance activities. Identify and help resolve discrepancies between repair estimates, progress,



and standards.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or automotive program background is an asset.

Experience: Minimum 3 years as an apprentice automotive technician. Able to commit to a full‑time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs.

Problem Resolution/Analysis: Working Conditions: On‑site role in a reconditioning facility. Previous administrative or automotive support experience. Familiarity with automotive repair terminology or shop operations.
