Alpha Motor Club is a growing pre-owned automotive dealership in Caledon, Ontario, and we are looking for a motivated, professional, and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our team.

Compensation Structure:

Our compensation plan rewards consistent performance:

- Sell 5 or more vehicles in a month:

Fixed Monthly Salary plus 15% commission on the profit of each vehicle sold
- Sell fewer than 5 vehicles in a month:

15% commission on the profit of each vehicle sold
- Unlimited earning potential based on your sales performance

Compensation is subject to dealership policies and applicable employment standards.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
- Follow up with leads through phone, text, email, and online platforms
- Negotiate and close vehicle sales
- Build strong relationships with customers and generate repeat/referral business
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Work closely with the finance and management teams to complete deals
- Stay knowledgeable about our inventory, vehicle features, pricing,



and financing options
- Maintain a professional and positive dealership environment

Requirements:

- Previous automotive sales experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven and motivated to achieve targets
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Robust negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence
- OMVIC certification is an asset
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
