We are looking for experienced drivers with a background in automotive or Autonomous Vehicle (AV) projects to support vehicle testing operations in Canada. This role involves monitoring vehicle performance, following assigned routes, and documenting observations accurately. It requires precise execution of test procedures, adherence to strict safety standards, and active participation in data collection processes for advanced automotive systems.

Take control of the vehicle when required Follow routes, test plans, and shift schedules Use smartphones, in-vehicle systems, and digital tools Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Willingness and ability to travel to the United States for training (visa provided) Good command of English Willing to work rotating shifts (including evenings/weekends) Comfortable with long periods of driving and focus Basic digital skills (smartphones, Google Workspace, etc.)
