Black Label Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Window Tint Installer to join our growing automotive operation in Belle River, Ontario.

We are looking for a skilled and dependable installer who can complete automotive window tint installations independently from start to finish while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

This is not a trainee position. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional automotive window tint installation experience and be comfortable managing their own installations with minimal supervision.

Position Details

- Full-time position
- Approximately 30–40 hours per week
- $23.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated ability
- Located in Belle River, Ontario
- Consistent access to vehicles through our automotive operations

Responsibilities
- Perform professional automotive window tint installations
- Complete full-vehicle and individual-window tint installations
- Properly prepare, clean, measure, cut, shrink, and install automotive window film
- Heat-shrink and install film on rear windows
- Complete installations on curved and difficult glass
- Produce clean edges and professional finished installations
- Remove existing window tint when required
- Identify and correct contamination, creases, bubbles, lifting, and other installation issues
- Inspect completed vehicles and perform quality control before delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized installation area
- Properly maintain installation tools and equipment
- Monitor film and installation supply inventory
- Minimize material waste and installation comebacks
- Maintain consistent workmanship across all vehicles
- Work independently and manage assigned vehicles efficiently
- Maintain professional standards when handling customer and dealership vehicles

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional automotive window tint installation experience
- Demonstrated ability to complete automotive tint installations independently




- Strong knowledge of automotive window film installation techniques
- Experience heat-shrinking rear windows
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to consistently produce clean, professional installations
- Ability to identify and correct installation defects
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Ontario G driver's licence
- Ability to safely move and operate customer and dealership vehicles

Experience Automotive Window Tint Installation: 3+ years
