/ Duties

- Assist AutoPac customers with transactions, renewals, and inquiries
- Provide clear product and service information to help clients make confident decisions
- Offer insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs
- Quote and sell Travel Health Insurance policies
- Maintain MPI and office inventory
- Support basic administrative functions within the Personal Lines department

Qualifications / Required Skills

- Customer service experience (insurance or similar client-focused role preferred)
- Level 1 insurance license or completion of Fundamentals of Insurance
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Experience with Applied Epic and/or MPI IWS is an asset, but not required
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help people
