A boutique firm handling high-profile construction litigation matters and advising institutional clients, our client is currently seeking a seasoned lawyer with a minimum of five years’ experience in construction litigation, or in civil and commercial litigation, to join its talented and dynamic team. Experience advising on infrastructure projects, whether in-house or in private practice, will be considered a significant asset.

On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate with outstanding colleagues, enjoy a high degree of autonomy, and play a key role in resolving complex matters,

YOUR ROLE:

- Advise institutional clients on infrastructure projects;
- Draft legal opinions and complex pleadings, particularly in construction litigation matters;
- Appear before the courts;
- Work on files spanning various areas of civil and commercial litigation, including class actions as plaintiff.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Member in good standing of the Québec Bar;
- Minimum of five (5) years of litigation experience in an established law firm;
- Experience in construction litigation, a significant asset;
- Experience in infrastructure projects, a significant asset;
- Strong ability to work independently;
- Team-oriented mindset;
- Leadership skills and solid priority-management abilities.
