Key Responsibilities

- - Lead and manage M&A; transactions from start to finish.
- - Draft, negotiate,

Candidate Requirements

- - Language Skills: Fully bilingual in French & English to serve a diverse client base.
- - Attributes: High autonomy with the ability to manage files independently; strategic, business-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.

- - Salary: $100K+ with additional incentives.
- - Vacation: 3 weeks in the first year, increasing to 4 weeks from the second year.
