Support the bartending team by keeping the bar stocked, clean, and running smoothly during service. This is a quick-paced, physical role that's essential to keeping guests served quickly and the bar looking sharp.
Key responsibilities
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and glassware throughout shifts
- Keep ice bins full and manage ice deliveries
- Wash, polish, and organize glassware
- Empty trash, recycling, and keg/bottle returns
- Wipe down bar surfaces, taps, and spill areas continuously
- Cut and prep garnishes (citrus, herbs, etc.)
- Change kegs and CO2 tanks as needed
- Assist bartenders with basic drink prep during rushes
- Break down and set up the bar before/after service
- Communicate stock shortages to management or head bartender
- Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
Pay: $18.20 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
