We're looking for self-directed people who work well with others and love making amazing beverages. As a Barista at StartWell you will be responsible for our internal complimentary cafe and reception counter that services meeting rooms and event venues here at our King Street West campus.

This job requires dedicated commitment to service and a want to have happy days filled with focused work and fun - our environment is social and filled with smart people doing cool work.

Our espresso bar service is part of the complimentary cafe at StartWell's reception - you'd be meeting a wealth of professionals (we only host corporate meetings, events and media shoots.)





This role will need you to be consistent in the daily cafe responsibilities and knowledgable of how StartWell's campus works - to direct people to meeting rooms, crew coffee to place in venues whilst also managing espresso service at our reception, maintain general tidiness of our common areas and meeting spaces (garbage refreshes and surface cleaning as needed through the day) etc...

With multiple event venues and additional meeting spaces under one room - this job requires you to manage multiple things each day - we are looking for someone who is confident and polite with qualified service experience but also someone who doesn't over-accomodate guests for their own validation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
