Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and artistic flair, focusing on latte art techniques to create visually appealing drinks
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly and addressing their preferences and questions
- Handle food preparation tasks including basic food handling, serving snacks or light bites as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in food handling areas, adhering to food safety regulations at all times




- Manage cash register operations accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for transactions
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and ensuring equipment is clean and functional

Experience

- Prior barista experience with a strong understanding of coffee brewing techniques and latte art creation
- Experience working with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Background in the food industry or food service environment demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining quality standards
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Strong math skills for cash handling, making change, and transaction accuracy
- Experience in serving customers in a rapid-paced setting, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
