Job Overview

We’re on the lookout for friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Bartenders to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our bar, creating a welcoming atmosphere while mixing drinks, serving guests, and ensuring everyone has a memorable experience. This role will be similar to a pub atmosphere during the week and nightclub on the weekend. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, skilled in beverage preparation, and eager to bring positive energy to our team.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner,



taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate billing.
- Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, and supplies; assist with restocking as needed.
- Follow all health regulations related to food safety and alcohol service; ensure responsible serving practices.
- Collaborate with team members during busy shifts such as nightclubs or banquet events to deliver seamless service.
- Occasionally serve a section or parties

Skills

- Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within hospitality environments; cocktail bar or nightclub experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours smoothly.
- Excellent customer service skills with an approachable attitude that makes guests feel welcome.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Job Types: Full time, Part-time Pay: $18.25 per hour
