Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced esthetic services including brow shaping/lamination/tinting, full-body and facial waxing, eyelash extensions/lifts, or permanent makeup applications (microblading, lip blushing, etc.).

Provide personalized consultations and exceptional client care to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Maintain a clean, sanitary workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.

Build and maintain robust client relationships.

Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge.

Requirements

Preferred Esthetician certification.





Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as an Esthetician.

Specialization and demonstrated expertise in brows, waxing, lashes, or PMU (portfolio or references required).

Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-end results.

Excellent communication, customer service, and time-management abilities.

Professional, reliable, and team-oriented.
