Role Description The Behavioral Therapist will provide direct, one-on-one behavioral intervention to children using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting and analyzing behavioral data, monitoring progress, and adjusting strategies in collaboration with clinical supervisors.

The role involves working closely with families and caregivers, offering guidance, modeling strategies, and maintaining clear, respectful communication. The therapist will also participate in team meetings, contribute to treatment planning,



and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with organizational standards. This is a full time, on-site role located in Toronto, ON.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis, including implementing behavior intervention plans and data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess solid foundations in Psychology and Working With Children, with experience supporting children with behavioral or developmental needs.
- Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills, including clear communication, empathy, and the ability to collaborate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
- Relevant post-secondary education in psychology, behavior analysis, child development, or a related field is preferred; ABA certifications or coursework are an asset.
- Ability to follow clinical direction, maintain professional boundaries, manage challenging behaviors safely, and keep thorough, timely records.
- Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practice and willingness to participate in ongoing training and supervision.
