We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality atFairmontJasper Park Lodge,asour newBike Technician.As a BikeTechnician,youwillberesponsible formaintaining, repairing, and preparing bicycles to ensure a safe, high-quality riding experience for guests.

What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Recreation Manager, this role supports resort operations by delivering reliable equipment, exceptional service standards, and a seamless outdoor recreation experience.

- Consistently offer professional,friendlyand engaging services
- Follow departmental policies, procedures,safetyand service standards
- Inspect,maintain, and repair a fleet ofDevinciand Trekbicycles,including mountain,roadand e-bikes
- Diagnose mechanical issues and performtimely, high-quality repairs and tune-ups
- Prepare bikes for daily guest use, ensuring safety andoptimalperformance
- Manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies; coordinate reorders as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized workshop and adhere to safety standards
- Assistguests with basic bike fitting, adjustments, and usage guidance
- Support rental operations and collaborate with recreationand guest services teamsto ensure a positive userexperience
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies




- Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:

- Previousexperience as a bike technician or in bicycle repair (professional or advanced hobbyist), withDevinciand Trek brands an asset
- Strong knowledge of bike components, maintenance techniques, and repair tools
- Familiarity with--systems is an asset
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Customer service mindset withstrong communicationskills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor-oriented environment
- Relevant certifications (e.g., bike mechanic certification) are an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal andproblem solvingabilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a quick-paced environment
