Our client, a leading organization in the Pharmaceutical industry, is experiencing continued growth and is looking to add an experienced Bilingual Order Management Specialist (English & French) to their team.

Location: Mississauga, ON, Hybrid 2–3 days work from home, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, Salary- $60,000–$65,000, Up to $70,000, including annual bonus- 6–8% annually, Benefits Effective Day 1, RRSP Matching + DPSP (Deferred Profit Sharing Plan), Vacation: 3 weeks

About the Role

As a Bilingual Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities for an assigned portfolio of manufacturer, hospital, and healthcare accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate manufacturer programs and activities for an assigned client portfolio.
- Serve as the primary client relationship and support contact for assigned customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, hospitals, healthcare partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide responsive, professional, and solution-oriented customer service.
- Investigate and resolve customer and manufacturer issues, escalating complex or recurring concerns when required.
- Coordinate with 3PL logistics providers and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Support manufacturer onboarding and new product implementation.
- Assist with order creation, updates, allocation support, and backorder management.
- Provide product alerts and ensure product updates are communicated accurately and on time.
- Prepare performance data, reports,



and presentation materials for business reviews and client meetings.
- Schedule and coordinate annual business reviews and recurring client meetings.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Financial Services, Operations, and other teams to resolve issues efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and issue-management information.
- Utilize ERP systems to manage account activities and support reporting requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced customer service.
- Provide bilingual English/French support to customers and stakeholders as required.
- Participate in manufacturer and hospital meetings as a Client Relationship SME.

What We're Looking For

- Post-secondary education completed.
- 2–3 years of experience in Client Support, Account Management, Customer Service, or a related role.
- Experience within the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Life Sciences industry is highly preferred.
- Strong English and French communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take initiative and demonstrate leadership without direct authority.
