The role handles inquiries, assists patients, and ensures a positive experience while coordinating with healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of customer service, an Administrative Assistant / Medical Office Assistant Certificate is a strong asset, and familiarity with VAC processes and third-party billing.
