Required Skills & Experience

- 5-7 years of Manual QA Testing experience.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Strong experience with all Manual testing activities including UI, regression, functional testing, etc.
- Proven ability to develop and execute test cases independently.
- Experience with defect management and test tracking tools.
- Solid communication and analytical skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Banking, Wealth Management, or Insurance industry experience.
- Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile environments.

Insight Global are seeking a Bilingual (French/English) Manual QA Tester with 5-7 years of experience to support testing initiatives across Wealth Management and Insurance applications. The role will focus on end-to-end manual testing, UI validation, functionality testing,



and French language verification to reduce reliance on business stakeholders during UAT. This will be a hybrid role, 2x per week in Downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities

- Execute end-to-end manual testing across web and enterprise applications.
- Perform UI, functional, integration, regression, and system testing.
- Validate French translations, labels, messaging, and user experiences.
- Create and execute test cases and document defects.
- Review English test scripts and verify French-language functionality and content.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners throughout the testing lifecycle.

We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
