- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess talent needs
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines across Canada
- Identify passive candidates through ATS and social media
- Conduct the recruitment process from screening to offers
- Keep ATS updated to meet reporting timelines

Requirements:

- Fluency in both French and English
- 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Post-secondary education in HR or related discipline
- Expertise in ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Robust organizational and analytical skills
