Quantum is hiring a Bilingual Recruitment Solutions Consultant – 360° to join our team in a fully remote role.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a true mix of sales, account management, and recruitment. In this role, you will develop new business, build strong client relationships, and recruit qualified candidates for a variety of mandates.
The ideal candidate is bilingual, business-minded, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment. Previous sales or recruitment experience is a strong asset, and experience using an ATS/CRM is considered a plus.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client needs and provide recruitment solutions
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and follow-ups
- Track activity and maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM
- Support temporary employees and client accounts as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Fully bilingual in English and French
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, organized, and results-driven
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced market
- Previous sales or recruitment experience is an asset
