Reporting to the Supervisor, Registered Plans the Bilingual Registered Plans Administrator is responsible for the processing of requests for registered plan products within the IIROC and MFDA platforms. Customer focused - High standard of customer service – strong business acumen and communications ~ Experience with Dataphile and/or Univeris is an asset ~ Fluent communication skills in English and French are required ~ Outstanding customer service focus ~ Extremely detail oriented and accurate with a focus on quality assurance ~
