Responsible for managing Appraiser team, WorkshopForeman, Admin team, Parts and Detail teams – including performance reviews,staffing calendar, adherence to job descriptions and standard operatingprocedures, payroll and vacations. Reviews daily production schedule with Admin,Appraiser and Workshop teams as needed.

Ensures production meetings areaccurate and efficient. Able to effectively utilize and understand estimating systems,Collision center software, Accounting schedules and relateddepartmentsystems.





Ensure Customer

Satisfaction concerns are resolved,involvement as required. Supervises the Parts Coordinator’s proper ordering ofparts and materials, returns and any other Parts relatedmatters. Ensures all safety policy and procedures in accordancewith OH&S;, WHMIS and company are strictly adhered to.

Knows, understands and applies municipal,provincial and federal legislation as it pertains to the dealership. Minimum3 years of automotive body shop experience. Experiencein a dealership body shop parts role is considered a strong asset.

Extensiveknowledge of body shop parts, ordering procedures, and partsidentification. Previousleadership, supervisory, or management experience is considered a strongasset. Provenability to work effectively with technicians, customers and vendors Excellentorganizational and time-management skills.
