A Victoria’s Secret & Co Operations Supervisor is a values-based leader who supports operational execution and store readiness. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.

Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations,
