We are currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy equipment dealership. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility across Sales, Parts, and Service, with a strong focus on customer relationships, business development, team performance, and overall branch results.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support branch employees across Sales, Parts, and Service.
- Directly oversee the Sales team and participate in equipment sales and business development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Establish performance objectives and monitor sales, margins, expenses, and overall branch performance.
- Promote communication and teamwork between departments.
- Coach, develop, and hold employees accountable for performance.
- Address customer concerns and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer service, and profitability.
- Work closely with senior management to implement business strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications





- 5+ years of progressive experience in sales, operations, or management, including leadership experience.
- Strong sales, business development, and customer relationship skills.
- Experience in heavy equipment, automotive, industrial, agricultural, or a related industry is an asset.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of business operations and customer service.
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Post-secondary education in business, management, or a related field is an asset.
