The Broker, Management Liability is responsible for managing new and renewal business within the Management Liability lines, including Directors & Officers Liability, Crime, Fiduciary Liability, and Employment Practices Liability. This role manages an assigned portfolio of clients, supports the placement and servicing of coverage, negotiates terms with insurers, and provides technical expertise and risk management advice. The Broker collaborates with internal teams and external partners to deliver responsive service, support client retention and growth, and ensure the accurate and timely execution of policy documentation and related deliverables.

Manage an assigned portfolio of clients, including the renewal process for Management Liability lines of coverage and open market placement of insurance policies Review insurance coverages and recommend changes aligned to client needs and risk exposures Prepare,



review and issue policy documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Request and coordinate policy documentation and amendments with insurers Ensure accurate, complete, and timely maintenance of client records within the broker management system (EPIC) and shared documentation repositories 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance, gained in broking or underwriting ~ Solid understanding of Management Liability lines and/or Financial Institutions and related insurance products is an asset ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications ~ Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality client service and exceeding client expectations ~ Ownership, accountability, and collaboration are embedded in our culture, giving you the opportunity to take initiative, build meaningful client relationships, and contribute to long-term success.
