Selling insurance products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, responding to incoming communications, following up on expiry date cards, re-quoting previous prospects and cancelled files, and contacting generated leads. Creating a trusting environment that fosters current sales opportunities and retention of existing business. Owning and resolving all customer inquiries, ensuring minimal customer effort and a seamless experience.

Accurately processing account changes, maintaining complete customer documentation, preparing correspondence, and documenting files for follow-up. Tackling complex insurance-related cases, creatively utilizing all available resources until full resolution is achieved. Identify, source, and close new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach.

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools and sales methodologies.

Develop in-depth product and market knowledge to effectively communicate value to clients.



RIBO license (Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario) is required.Minimum oftwo years' sales experience, preferably inpersonal lines, automobile, and property insurance. Proven track record of overachieving sales targets in a high-pressure, quota-driven environment.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Preference will be given to candidates with experience using EPIC, ARS, Salesforce, and insurance company portals. General contact centre and office environment.
