Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks, including tea-based beverages, smoothies, and specialty toppings with precision and creativity
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with integrity and accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
- Assist customers by providing friendly service, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality
- Support food preparation tasks such as ingredient assembly, topping additions, and maintaining inventory levels

Experience

- Previous barista experience or background in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Experience with serving, cashiering, or food handling enhances your ability to succeed in this role
- Basic math skills are essential for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be available
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices is important for ensuring a safe experience for all customers
