We are looking for a reliable, proactive Building Manager to oversee approximately 75 residential units across three properties in Vancouver:

1121 Harwood Street, Vancouver

1901 Barclay Street, Vancouver

1305 Jervis Street, Vancouver

We’re looking for someone who can handle the day-to-day management of the buildings while also taking initiative to improve the properties and the experience of the residents.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operation and upkeep of the buildings
- Respond to tenant concerns and coordinate repairs
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Identify maintenance issues and opportunities for improvement
- Help keep common areas clean, safe and well maintained
- Coordinate with contractors and trades as needed
- Assist with general building improvement projects
- Show vacant units to prospective tenants

Compensation $35 per unit per month





Approximately 75 units = $2,625/month

➕ $200 bonus for each vacant-unit showing

We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, dependable, organized and takes pride in the condition of the buildings. The ideal candidate will be someone who sees things that need improvement and takes initiative to get them addressed.

Building management, property management, maintenance or trades experience is an asset.
