We are looking for a motivated new graduate to join our team as a Business Analyst. This role combines accounting, financial analysis, and digital transformation. You'll gain hands‑on experience with accounting processes while using tools such as Power BI, Workato, and AI technologies to analyze data, automate workflows, and improve business processes.
Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), or project accounting. Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations. Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for financial analysis.
Help streamline accounting processes by integrating systems using tools such as Workato,
AI tools and other automation solutions. Participate in digital transformation and process improvement initiatives. Support other accounting tasks and special projects as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, or a related field. Robust interest in data analytics, automation, and business process improvement.
Experience with Power BI, including creating dashboards, reports, and data models.
Experience with system integration, automation or AI tools is an asset.
Advanced
Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
