Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities:

- Develop and evolve the target business vision of the field
- Translate strategic directions into actionable transformation initiatives
- Identify, prioritize and arbitrate interdependencies and cross-domain synergies
- Define and maintain a business architecture roadmap aligned with strategic priorities
- Orchestrate multidisciplinary analyses, scenarios, and recommendations to support decision-making
- Produce and frame structuring deliverables such as architecture targets, notices, opportunity sheets and decision files
- Identify risks, inconsistencies and transformation challenges and recommend pragmatic solutions
- Support feasibility and scoping work leading to project execution
- Mobilize business, IT, architecture, portfolio and governance teams around a common vision
- Represent the industry on governance bodies and executive committees

The profile we are looking for is as follows:

- Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (administration, engineering, information technology,



enterprise architecture or equivalent)
- Have a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in complex cross-functional roles
- Demonstrate a strong background in business architecture, strategic planning, or portfolio management of initiatives
- Have experience in capital markets
- Demonstrate a solid capacity for analysis, structuring of complex issues and executive synthesis
- Exercise influence without formal authority and evolve effectively in matrix environments
- Have a good knowledge of the business sector and the organization
- Have an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience that may be considered

This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding of documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada. French and English language skills are essential, both oral and written.
