We're looking for an experienced Business Lawyer with a minimum of five years' call who wants strong client flow, greater influence, participation in the firm’s financial upside and a better overall lifestyle.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a lawyer with experience in areas such as:

- Corporate and commercial transactions
- Business purchases and sales
- Incorporations and reorganizations
- Shareholder and partnership agreements
- Commercial contracts
- Financing
- Commercial real estate

What We're Looking For

- Minimum five years' call in British Columbia




- Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
- Strong business-law experience and professional judgement
- Excellent client communication and service
- Collaborative, accountable and growth-oriented
- Interested in helping build a practice, not simply filling a position
