Job Title: Business System Analyst

Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or related IT role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and documentation methodologies
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, JIRA, and other business analysis tools
- Knowledge of database concepts and SQL
