Managing and reviewing prospectus documents, including performing first‑level reviews and coordinating feedback from internal and external reviewers Developing a solid understanding of Canadian and US securities regulatory requirements and proactively advising engagement teams and clients Coordinating with audit teams, capital markets specialists, clients, and external legal counsel to ensure timely, high‑quality outcomes Supporting the development and continuous improvement of standardized processes, tools, and training materials Coaching and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement Experience managing teams within financial accounting and reporting, capital markets, transactions or public company audit environments Qualified Members of International Federation of Accountants member bodies (IFAC) Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and ASPE The ability to communicate complex technical matters clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing A passion for leading teams, navigating regulatory complexity,
