Collegeof Physiotherapists of Ontario Collegeof Occupational Therapists of Ontario OntarioCollege of Social Workers and Social Service Workers Recentexperience in community health or a related field Knowledgeof the health care delivery system and community resources Advanceoral and written proficiency in English and French is essential Wehave a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy.
