REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION

- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- A minimum of three years of related experience in commercial or institutional custodial services,



building operations or facility maintenance.
- An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
- Related post‑secondary education or training in custodial services, building operations, facility maintenance, occupational health and safety, HVAC or boiler systems, power engineering, a recognized building trade or leadership and supervision would be considered an asset.
- A valid Firemans Certificate would be considered an asset.
- A valid drivers licence.
