There is an on-call rotation and weekend work may be required. Adjust, repair and replace doors, door hardware, windows, window glass Repair or replaces ceiling tile, drywall ceiling, floor covering, drywall and wooden wall covering Repair, Patch and paint to industry standard Plumbing knowledge would be an asset Operates woodworking equipment such as metal brake, drill, circular saw, reciprocating saw, table saw,

Valid Ontario Carpentry

Certificate or equivalent Knowledge and ability to work with carpentry machinery safely A clear criminal record check is required for this role.
